1. Description of Services

Our Voices provides summaries and profiles of politicians, legislative activity, and government operations by processing public information using large language models (LLMs). The content is designed to make political information more accessible and easier to understand.

Source of Information & AI Nature of Content: The summaries and profiles on this Platform are generated by artificial intelligence (AI) systems. These systems process and synthesize information from public sources. While we strive for accuracy, the AI may occasionally generate incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information. You should not treat AI-generated content as a definitive source of truth and should always verify critical information against primary sources.

2. Age Eligibility

The Platform is not intended for users under the age of 13. By using this Platform, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform with involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Intellectual Property

All summaries, profiles, analysis, and original content on the Platform are the property of Our Voices. You may not reproduce, distribute, or display such content without our express permission. Contributions from politicians or verified users may be accepted in the future, and all integrated content becomes part of our proprietary data model.

4. User Contributions

Currently, there is no user-generated content or user account system. We reserve the right to introduce features that allow verified users or experts to contribute content. Any future contributions will be subject to editorial review and may be removed or modified at our discretion.

By submitting any content to the Platform, you grant Our Voices a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, and distribute such content. You acknowledge that all submitted content, including politician-provided content, may be edited or contextualized and becomes part of our proprietary data model.

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant us this license and that the content complies with these Terms

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to: Submit illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or harassing content. Impersonate any person or misrepresent affiliation. Infringe on intellectual property rights. Interfere with the Platform’s functionality. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Disclaimers

The content on Our Voices is informational and AI-generated. We do not guarantee that summaries are unbiased, complete, or error-free. The Platform does not provide legal, financial, or political advice.

No Endorsement: The presence of a politician’s profile does not constitute an endorsement by Our Voices.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from use or reliance on Platform content. All use is at your own risk.

8. Future Features

We may introduce account registration and identity verification in the future. Your access to such features may be subject to additional terms and verification requirements.

9. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will be conducted individually and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this clause by notifying us in writing within 30 days of first use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

11. Reservation of Rights

We reserve all rights not expressly granted herein. No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a waiver of any other provision.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Platform with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of them.
